  • Airport Code: SJO

  • Located 3-4 Hours from the Arenal region

  • Best transportation from Airport is private shuttle

When to Arrive

  • Plan to arrive by Friday, May 28th as that is when the majority of the group will be arriving

When to Leave

  • The trip runs through the evening of Tuesday, June 1st.

  • Best departure date: Wednesday, June 2nd
